Who am I even?
Well I am Michele Frusciano, and I have nerd-ily (is this a word??...sure why not!) started referring to myself as “The Greeting Card Girl” ever since I realized that wow I’ve been in the greeting card world since 2003… that’s a hella long time! And every time I try to pivot to other industries in the commercial art world, I somehow keep finding myself right back in my comfy cozy land of greeting cards because…well…I love it! So I realized it’s time to lean in and embrace my greeting card girl status!
That’s great, but what does this mean to us?
WELL I’m glad you asked! I have been selling my art as greeting cards and helping other artists get started in the world of greeting cards for over 20 years now, and I realized it’s time to spread the love and help more of my fellow creatives get started in this magical world so I’m hoping to reach more people via this website and blog.
If you are someone looking to find a true outlet for your creativity where you can finally get your art seen AND start making money from your efforts, greeting cards may be for you! I help aspiring card designers navigate the path to getting their art licensed by existing greeting card publishers, and I have SO much great information (and so many great industry contacts) coming your way!
